Users and MotherSparker agree to first attempt informal negotiations for 30 days before initiating arbitration.


Any unresolved disputes will be settled by arbitration in Southampton, conducted in English.


Users from the EU, UK, or US may have additional statutory rights that are not waived by these Terms.
